Jointly organized by the Argentine Chamber of Tourism (Cámara Argentina de Turismo), the Argentine Federation of Travel and Tourism Associations (FAEVYT), the Federal Board of Tourism (CFT), the National Institute of Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR) and the Ministry of Tourism of Argentina (Ministerio de Turismo de La Nación), International Business Rounds are carefully prepared based on marketing and production criteria, and considering market trends.
The Fair offers the most varied range of tools to help you grow your business in the context of pre-arranged interviews between companies looking to sell and others looking to acquire the following services: air transportation, ground transportation, cruises, hotels & accommodations, MICE, corporate, attractions, travelers’ assistance, car rental, ecotourism, adventure travel, groups, and IT solutions, among other services.

The Rounds system can prepare you agenda and gives you the chance to attend pre-scheduled meetings with Wholesalers and Tourism Service Providers at their own stands. Hundreds of professionals from Argentina and from other countries will be taking part of the Rounds as “buyers”.

BUYER:

There are different Buyer categories you may apply for:

HOSTED BUYER (National or Foreign)
You may apply to attend International Business Rounds as a Hosted Buyer with the following services included: airline tickets, airport/hotel/airport transfers, transfers to the fair venue and accommodation expenses at the organization’s expense, plus other benefits such as access to the VIP room at the fair venue, social activities, lunches, tango dinner show and access to the online system to manage in advance at least 30 appointments throughout two days.

 

BUYER (National or Foreign)

Free access to the online system to manage your agenda in advance without a minimum number of appointments required and, if at least 15 appointments take place, you may receive benefits such as lunch, access to the VIP room at the fair venue and social activities. With 20 appointments: lunch and tango dinner show.

This category does not include the following services: airline tickets, airport/hotel/airport transfers, transfers to the fair venue or accommodation expenses.
